This very high standard property is within 40 yards of the beach and is suitable for 8 people, it has 2 double bedrooms (one with ensuite bathroom), and 2 twin bedrooms there are a further two bathrooms. The kitchen, dining and living area is a large open plan space and has a washing machine and air conditioning. Outside the property there is a walled garden and a large covered terrace with a BBQ. There are views of the sea from the villa however there is an empty house in front of the property. As the property is situated on a peninsular it has access to the beach on 2 fronts which means that the beach and sea can be enjoyed irrespective of the direction of any wind. The property is in a very quiet, small fishing village of Sevid. The village has a shop that can cater for most daily needs and a small restaurant. 10 minutes away by car is the harbour of Marina and 20 minutes is Trogir to the east and Rogoznica to the west. Split airport is within 40 minutes. It is considered that hiring a car would be beneficial.
